Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is hiring for a fraud center customer service role focused on debit, credit, and ATM card issues. This remote position requires residency within ~70 miles of our Allen, TX office, with onboarding onsite on day one.

You will handle incoming calls about fraudulent activity, guide cardholders following SOPs, and participate in team meetings and quality reviews. The role offers a $34,320–$37,500 yearly pay, with shift differentials for qualifying shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Willingness to work a round-the-clock schedule.
• Reliable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Quiet, confidential workspace with a backup location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls and gather information regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activity.
• Assist cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and direct them to their financial institutions when appropriate.
• Actively participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
