Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and vendor records and monitor project updates.
• Verify customer payments and apply to invoices.
• Generate weekly expense reports and allocate by job/customer.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Track partner data including cap tables, commissions, and analysis.
