Job summary

New Lyfe Accounting LLC (NLA) is seeking a highly skilled Controller to manage all client accounting operations, owning financial statements and WIP reports with a strong emphasis on accuracy and professionalism. This is a 100% remote role with autonomy to drive results, serving multiple construction clients.

You will collaborate with the Staff Accountant, lead a capable team, and ensure timely financial reporting, audits, and client communications while delivering exceptional service and growth

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience (required).
• 2 years of Construction-specific accounting experience (required).
• Accounting Degree (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work remotely and independently.
• The ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel/GSuite.
• Excellent service skills when interacting with clients.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial reporting, including the WIP.
