In this branch role, you act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposits and banking products. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary customer service while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
