Post University is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to assist online learners with tuition payment options, aid applications, and documentation. This remote role requires collaboration with Admissions, Student Accounts, and Registrar to ensure compliance with federal and institutional policies.

The candidate will maintain accurate records, stay current with Title IV regulations, and provide exceptional service to help students succeed and remain enrolled.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of Title IV funds, regulations, and eligibility requirements.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills; maintains a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to work effectively with financial aid team to improve student experience.
• Excellent computer skills; able to use Microsoft Office products and university systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise students on tuition payment plans, financial aid options, and application procedures.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Accounts, Registrar, Advising to support student finances.
• Collect and verify financial aid documents with packaging specialists.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in university systems.
• Counsel students with high balances to identify additional financing solutions.
