Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager to contribute across the finance transformation lifecycle, manage workstreams, and deliver client-ready solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-informed recommendations, and building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in consulting/finance roles, with project and change management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Remote or hybrid work options are available in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology skills.
• 3+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
• Exposure to financial close and reporting, procure-to-pay or source-to-pay, accounting operations, internal controls or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, including current-state assessment and future-state design.
• Own assigned workstreams and client-ready deliverables with planning, sessions, and clear documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; communicate progress and risks.
• Develop functional and technical expertise in finance transformation tools and technologies.
• Share knowledge and develop reusable tools to support internal initiatives.
• Review work and provide actionable feedback to strengthen team capability.
