Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager to drive end-to-end finance transformation for client engagements. You will lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver clear documentation, recommendations, and training materials.

You will develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory, work with tools like Blackline and Coupa, and mentor analysts while growing the firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or professional services experience in finance or risk domains.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or risk management projects.
• 3+ years of both project management and change management experience.
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt to dynamic client environments.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client workstreams and deliverables with planning, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Produce clear documentation, recommendations, and training materials for clients.
• Analyze processes and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate progress and risks proactively.
• Develop functional/technical expertise in finance transformation tools and methodologies.
