Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, from current-state assessment to post-implementation support, in a hybrid/remote environment.

You will own workstreams, build client-ready deliverables, and develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, and data analytics, with strong emphasis on collaboration, risk assessment, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology to solve business problems.
• Exposure to financial close and reporting, procure-to-pay or source-to-pay, accounting operations, internal controls, data and analytics, technology implementation or process improvement.
• 2+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own assigned workstreams and client-ready deliverables with planning, sessions, stakeholders, and training materials.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
