Job summary

Clearsulting, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to contribute across the finance transformation lifecycle and own client-ready deliverables. The role offers hybrid or remote work options and requires 3+ years in consulting or related fields, with experience in financial close and procure-to-pay domains.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a track record of learning new processes quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting or related skills to solve business problems in professional services or industry environments.
• 2+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contribute across end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from current-state assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and client-ready deliverables with planning, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and training materials.
• Analyze processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes and actionable improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate progress and risks proactively.
• Develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory leveraging tools such as Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, and others.
• Share knowledge, develop reusable tools, and support internal initiatives.
• Review work of analysts and provide actionable feedback to strengthen team capability.
