Job summary

Uniphar US is seeking a Remote Finance Operations Supervisor to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and payroll administration. The role includes supervising the Payroll Specialist and AP/AR resources and ensuring accurate, timely processes using Sage Intacct.

You will implement process improvements, maintain SOPs, support month-end close, and coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations to drive efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting operations or shared services experience preferred.
• Experience supervising transactional finance staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance ops across AP, AR, billing, collections, cash application and payroll coordination.
• Supervise Payroll Specialist and AP/AR resources ensuring timely completion of recurring tasks.
• Escalate transactional finance issues and coordinate with vendors, customers, HR and Ops teams.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists and close calendars for core finance activities.
• Drive process improvements with VP Finance and Finance Manager collaboration.
