Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Remote Payroll Specialist to coordinate payroll with our PEO and external provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing for US employees. You will support onboarding, open enrollment, and payroll-related inquiries while maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, finance, and external service providers, with a focus on process improvements and data integrity in Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration or related HR roles.
• Experience with a PEO environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state US payroll is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll with the Company's PEO and provider.
• Ensure timesheets are approved and payroll data is accurate.
• Review payroll registers and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll accounting and month-end close activities.
• Assist with SAP Concur and expense processes.
