Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Remote Finance Supervisor to oversee US finance operations, including AP/AR, billing, payroll and cash application. This hands‑on supervisory role requires coordinating with the VP Finance and HR, using Sage Intacct to drive accuracy and efficiency.

You will guide the Payroll Specialist and AR/AP staff, ensure timely closes, and maintain controls. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred with 5+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting operations, AP/AR and payroll.
• Experience supervising transactional finance staff preferred.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations across AP, AR, billing, collections and payroll coordination.
• Supervise Payroll Specialist and AP/AR resources; ensure timely tasks.
• Act as first escalation point for transactional issues and vendor queries.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists and monthly close calendars.
