The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager, AR/IA/MO, to lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis and financial operations for a multi-unit finance pod. This role partners with the Finance Director and division staff to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure sustainable resource management.

Responsibilities include financial planning, reporting, and ensuring controls while supporting matrixed organizational needs. Remote, Great Plains division with travel up to 10% annually.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field with 4 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems including data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and close processes for a finance pod.
• Provide financial analysis to inform resource allocation and decisions across units.
• Ensure internal controls and data integrity across finance systems and processes.
• Collaborate with staff across conservation, philanthropy, operations and other functions.
