The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager, AR, IA, MO, to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and close activities for a finance pod supporting three business units. You will partner with the Finance Director and division teams to deliver strategic financial guidance and robust financial controls.

This remote role covers the Great Plains Division (AR, IA, MO, MN, KS, etc.) with travel not expected to exceed 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience serving as a strategic finance partner and guiding decisions under competing priorities.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and close processes for a finance pod.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain integrity of financial data, controls, and systems across the pod.
• Support implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Act as primary contact for BU staff questions and coordinate finance staff training.
