The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager, AR, IA, MO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a pod serving three business units. This remote role collaborates with the Finance Director and division finance team to deliver strategic financial guidance and governance across resources and funding decisions.

You will manage close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entries, provide analysis, and ensure compliance with policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and controls.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, and grant administration for a pod.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity, internal controls, and compliance with policies.
• Support implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Approver for AR/AP and coordinate with accounting staff as needed.
