Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a non-profit.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team with responsibility for results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance and support forecasting.
• Provide materials for senior leadership and Board presentations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Coordinate annual external audit and corporate tax process.
• Lead annual budgeting process and consolidate departments.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Review contracts for financial terms with stakeholders.
• Oversee finance department staff and mentorship.
