Worldly, the world's most comprehensive impact intelligence platform, seeks a Senior Manager / Director of Finance to scale our financial strategy as we grow globally. You will partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to build robust analytics, optimize reporting, and drive profitable, sustainable growth while upholding our public benefit pledge.

In this remote US role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and investor reporting, owning KPIs, budgeting, and strategic analyses

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Growth company experience including scaling financial operations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation.
• Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee investor reporting and KPI tracking across the organization.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies.
