Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, verifying payroll and GL postings, processing payroll and timesheets, reconciling transactions, and handling retirement contributions. Compensation is $35/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience, with at least three years at the senior account level or above.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, or Paychex.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients.
• Verify financial transactions including payroll, GL postings, AP and AR.
• Process payroll and collect timesheets.
• Retrieve credit card and other transactions for the finance team to reconcile.
• Process retirement account contributions.
