Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Finance Engineer to redesign the CFO function and build the systems that enable contract-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and monthly close. You’ll own NetSuite OneWorld configurations, role design, and cross-team integration efforts.

You will partner with Accounting, Revenue, and Legal to automate workflows, implement Zone Advanced Billing, and ensure data integrity across revenue, billing, and AR. A strong coding and problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with end-to-end quote-to-cash or contract-to-cash processes across CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments (ARM, O2C).
• Credible with Salesforce CPQ and CRM data flows into ERP systems.
• Experience automating finance/operations via scripting, integrations, or workflow pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own contract-to-cash end-to-end, from quote to cash collection and reporting.
• Automate the close, payables, and procure-to-pay processes across multiple systems.
• Design and maintain the finance stack, including NetSuite roles, provisioning, and integrations.
• Build AI-enabled workflows with human-in-the-loop checks and robust data controls.
