DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our financial systems, starting with NetSuite and FloQast. You will configure, automate, and govern core finance processes, partnering with internal engineering for cross-system integrations and scalable workflows.

The role emphasizes reducing manual work, leveraging AI tooling for automation, and serving Finance & Accounting as its dedicated systems partner within a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Strong automation mindset and experience reducing manual work.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health.
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce or remove them through automation, in partnership with engineering.
• Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions.
