Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Finance Engineer to redesign how the CFO organization operates and to build the systems that enable it. You will own contract-to-cash end to end across Salesforce CPQ, Deal Desk, NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, and collections, automating the flow across multiple teams.

The role focuses on automating the close, payables, and procurement, and designing AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end quote-to-cash and contract-to-cash processes.
• 7+ years with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary environment.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and ERP data flow.
• Proven automation and integration experience.
• Track record of designing and deploying LLM-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own contract to cash end to end across Salesforce CPQ, Deal Desk approvals, contract stack, NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, and collections.
• Tighten flow between Salesforce and NetSuite so bookings, orders, and billing data move straight through.
• Redesign deal structuring, approval routing, order booking, invoicing, and collections workflows; build the automation.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract workflow so terms land downstream as negotiated.
• Build reporting and controls into the path so revenue, billing, and AR data are trustworthy by construction.
• Automate the close, payables, and procurement processes; land Zip replacement for Bill.com.
• Own health of NetSuite OneWorld environment; manage roles, access, and configuration.
• Design and maintain NetSuite role catalog and integration with Pigment/ERP data.
• Balance short-term and long-term tradeoffs; own a solution roadmap across these functions.
