Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own our financial systems, starting with NetSuite and FloQast, as a hands-on engineer rather than an administrator. You will automate workflows, own configuration and business logic, and partner with internal engineering on cross-system integration.

This high-ownership role serves Finance and Accounting directly, translating needs into system capabilities, reducing manual work, and using AI tooling to accelerate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system with NetSuite administration
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite modules: General Ledger, AR, AP, revenue
• Ability to design and implement custom records, fields, automations
• Experience building SuiteFlow automations and NetSuite integrations
• Proven track record automating repetitive finance tasks (scripting, saved searches, workflows)

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and automate them
• Be the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, defining rules
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled platform with engineering
• Serve as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting for onboarding and admin
• Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine work
