Job summary

DoiT International is hiring a Financial Systems Engineer to own our financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and FloQast. You will automate manual finance tasks, define system rules, and partner with engineering on integrations.

This senior, high-ownership role focuses on reducing repetitive work and bringing finance operations in-house. You will collaborate across Finance and Engineering, shape automation strategies, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration required.
• Configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows in NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core financial systems – NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online – including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health.
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce or remove them through automation, partnering with engineering for heavier builds.
• Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions the systems rely on.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering.
• Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate needs into system capability, own relationships, and oversee onboarding/configuration.
• Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
