Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own our financial platforms (NetSuite today, FloQast coming online) and drive automation across finance operations from a remote location. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to design, configure, and maintain the systems that run the month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration.
Experience designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations.
Strong automation track record (scripting, saved searches, workflows, or similar).
Ability to translate business needs into system capability and cross-system integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite today, FloQast coming online) including configuration and day-to-day health.
Identify and reduce manual finance operations via automation in collaboration with engineering.
Serve as business-logic and data expert for finance, defining rules and canonical data.
Build cross-system integrations on a central, observable platform with engineering.
Act as dedicated system partner to Finance and Accounting for onboarding and administration.
Leverage AI tools to draft automations and accelerate routine work.
