Job summary

Relay is building a data-rich, AI-powered ecosystem for frontline operations. We seek a Finance Systems Administrator to own NetSuite end-to-end, partner with Finance, and drive automation across integrations and analytics.

You will collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure stable, scalable solutions, while advancing AI-enabled capabilities and platform governance. This role reports to IT & Security leadership. Raleigh-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow automation.
• Experience building and maintaining API-based integrations (REST, SOAP/SuiteTalk).
• Hands-on with at least one enterprise iPaaS (Zapier Enterprise, Celigo, Boomi, Workato).
• Knowledge of NetSuite data model across GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement.
• Ability to work independently and make platform-level decisions.
• Strong communication skills for Finance leadership review.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own the NetSuite environment end-to-end, including access control and licensing.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and internal/external systems via REST/SOAP and APIs.
• Develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations, SuiteFlow workflows, and custom records.
• Partner with Finance to identify manual processes and drive automation across tools.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between Finance/Accounting and IT, with RCA ownership.
• Build SuiteAnalytics reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance self-service.
• Evaluate NetSuite AI and ML features, pilot where appropriate, drive adoption.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and scalable solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and end-user guides.
• Contribute to broader IT automation initiatives when possible.
