Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Finance Engineer to redesign the CFO organization and build the systems that support contract-to-cash, payables, and procurement.

You will own NetSuite OneWorld, integrate Salesforce CPQ and Zone Advanced Billing, and collaborate with Accounting, Revenue, and Legal to automate processes that drive the close and monthly reporting.

You will deliver production-ready software and end-to-end workflows, not slides, with an emphasis on reliability and scale.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of end-to-end quote-to-cash or contract-to-cash in a CRM/ERP
• 7+ years with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary environment
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally CPQ, in CRM-ERP handoffs
• 8+ years in finance systems with ownership of a process end-to-end
• Track record of automating finance and operations work via scripting or integrations
• Proven ability to design and deploy LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems
• Demonstrated ability to build applications used by others, not just prototypes
• Code literacy: JavaScript/SQL and comfort with version control

Responsibilities

• Own contract to cash end to end and automate high-leverage steps across systems
• Tighten flow between Salesforce and NetSuite for bookings, orders, and billing
• Redesign deal structuring, approval routing, and invoicing workflows and automate them
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Legal to ensure terms land in downstream systems
• Build reporting and controls to ensure revenue, billing, and AR data are trustworthy
• Accelerate close, reconciliations, and payables in a unified process
• Drive procure-to-pay processes, vendor onboarding, and invoice matching
• Design AI workflows with human-in-the-loop checks where risk warrants
