Job summary

DoiT is modernizing its financial systems and seeks a Financial Systems Engineer to own NetSuite and future platforms like FloQast and Ramp. You will automate month-end close processes, reconcile data, and partner with engineering for cross-system integrations to reduce manual work.

You will shape finance operations, own vendor onboarding configurations, and use AI tooling to accelerate routine system work in a high-ownership role reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system with hands-on NetSuite admin experience.
• Experience designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations.
• Strong ability to automate manual finance tasks via scripting, saved searches, or low-code tools.
• Ability to read and reason about integrations across systems and define data ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite today; FloQast and Ramp coming online).
• Identify manual or error-prone finance tasks and reduce them via automation with engineering support.
• Be the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain and define canonical rules.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, observable integration platform with engineering.
