Job summary

OVME in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on Controller (Director level) to lead accounting, automate the close, and optimize NetSuite. You will drive GAAP reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and tax compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role partners with executive leadership and external auditors to deliver accurate, timely financials and scalable processes, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership.
• GAAP knowledge including ASC 606/842.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and close process for multi-state, multi-entity organization.
• Own entity-level accounting, consolidation, intercompany, and reporting.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close with GAAP statements.
• Oversee revenue recognition for memberships, packages, and gift cards.
• Manage external audits and tax provisions.
