OVME, a medical aesthetics company, seeks a hands-on Controller at the Director level to lead the accounting function as it scales. With NetSuite in place, you will optimize close cycles, strengthen integrations, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and accuracy across multi-state operations.

You'll balance strategic oversight with day-to-day rigor, navigate private equity reporting, tax compliance, and audits, and build a high-performance finance team across multiple entities and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong GAAP proficiency and financial reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting operations across multi-state entities and locations.
• Own month-/quarter-/year-end close and GAAP financial statements.
• Oversee revenue recognition for memberships, packages, and gift cards.
• Manage audits, tax provision, and external reporting with PE expectations.
• Automate processes and optimize NetSuite integrations with AI tooling.
