Job summary

Omnidian, Inc. is seeking a strategic Controller to lead the accounting function and scale the finance architecture for a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.

You will report to the CFO, own the close process across US and international entities, and shape the team responsible for accurate, timely reporting and compliant financial statements. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership experience.
• Strong US GAAP expertise: consolidations, intercompany, revenue ASC 606.
• Experience building scalable accounting systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for US and international entities.
• Own consolidated financial statements under US GAAP with intercompany and currency considerations.
• Manage external audits and ensure regulatory and investor reporting readiness.
• Develop and execute the accounting systems roadmap, incl. NetSuite optimization and automation.
• Grow and mentor a team of 4-8 while partnering with CFO, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders.
