Job summary

Signant Health invites an innovative VP, Finance and Global Controller to lead our global accounting and controllership functions. You will own the integrity of financial reporting across entities and geographies, drive the finance systems strategy, and optimize NetSuite and OneStream with AI-enabled automation.

You will join a forward‑looking team that partners with IT, FP&A, tax, and external auditors to ensure compliant, timely consolidation and reporting in a multi‑currency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in progressive accounting/controllership roles, incl. multinational setup.
• Strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge with multi-entity experience.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite experience as core ERP system.
• Experience leading global tax, audit, and outsourced partners.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across Signant Health entities.
• Maintain SOX-ready controls and technical accounting positions.
• Oversee statutory reporting and audit coordination across jurisdictions.
• Lead NetSuite and OneStream optimization for consolidation & reporting.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and data integrity in finance ops.
• Manage multi‑currency consolidation and intercompany processes.
