Job summary

OVME Aesthetics seeks a hands-on Controller at the Director level to lead the accounting function as the company scales. With NetSuite in place, you will automate close processes, strengthen NetSuite integrations across studios, and apply AI tools to accelerate accuracy and scalability.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting with a builder's mindset, managing multi-entity tax, compliance, and investor reporting in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606/ASC 842.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, including post-implementation optimization and multi-subsidiary consolidation.
• Experience with automating accounting processes and AI tools in finance.
• Experience in healthcare / medical aesthetics or regulated consumer services.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across a multi-state, multi-entity organization.
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with GAAP reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition for memberships, packages, and gift cards.
• Manage the annual audit and tax provision process with external auditors and advisors.
• Develop and maintain a robust internal control environment, including AI-enabled processes.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
