Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive the F&A AI transformation roadmap. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, build and roll out AI enablement programs, and govern AI initiatives across the finance function.

You will oversee governance, measure benefits, and ensure AI solutions integrate with existing ERP and finance systems. A senior track record and finance domain expertise are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks).
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level).

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap and implementation.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with process leads and prioritize ROI.
• Oversee proof-of-concept delivery and scale pilots to production.
• Design learning paths for Finance & Accounting teams on AI tools and prompts.
