Job summary

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated account management knowledge.
• Proficiency in opportunity management and account planning tools with ability to develop sales plans and forecast in real time.
• Strong ability to establish rapport and gain trust with professional demeanor and discretion.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and collaborate across teams.
• Negotiation and influencing skills; travel up to 50% when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota and cultivate opportunities within assigned customers or partners.
• Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting in the CRM, logging opportunities and activities for pipeline visibility.
• Partner with sales solution engineers to deliver software demonstrations and advance opportunities.
• Assist with RFP viability assessments and influence response development and closing plans.
• Attend and contribute to trade shows, applying market insights to pursue expansion opportunities.
• Streamline account management and sales processes by coordinating across teams to optimize the end-to-end experience.
