Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and/or repair of complex electro‑mechanical, electronic, computer, electrical systems.
• Education substitution: 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs.
• Build trust with customers and identify sales opportunities for cross-functional teams.
• Drive field service revenue through billable offerings like preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
