Job summary

Paycom in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Fleet Services Representative to provide customer service to RCX clients, field management, and drivers. You will take assignments, answer phones, and help with day-to-day operations and billing documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of dispatch or call-center experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position is temporarily remote and may require you to provide equipment and reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of high volume dispatching or call-center experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service to RCX clients, field management and drivers.
• Taking assignments from RCX clients.
• Answering phones and assisting clients, RCX management and drivers with all issues pertaining to the day to day operation
• Identifying and assigning drivers and vans to trips received from clients
• Communicating essential information and updates to our clients, RCX management and drivers
• Obtaining proper approvals and documentations necessary for payment
• Perform administrative functions to assist in keeping driver and van information updated.
• Reporting information necessary for the RCX field managers to properly manage the drivers.
• Correctly obtaining and recording trip information for communication and billing to the clients.
• Other duties as necessary to create a proper work environment or that become essential to the day to day operation of the company.
