Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist in Downstream Bioprocessing for the San Francisco Bay Area. This remote-based role requires onsite support for customer installations and training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and 3+ years of downstream bioprocessing experience. Successful candidates will support the Sales organization, assist in product installations, and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in downstream bioprocessing; familiarity with TFF, UF/DF, NFF.
• Proven experience in a similar position and industry is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales with product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies.
• Assist customers with first product installation and ensure training.
• Troubleshoot customer processes during quality complaints.
