Job summary
Sartorius is seeking a Field Applications Specialist in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region to support downstream processing technologies and customer success. Base is remote with responsibilities across the region, translating process requirements into product and workflow recommendations for centrifugation, chromatography, and TFF systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in application support or related roles, a life sciences background, and willingness to travel over 50% to customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years in application support, technical support, field applications, or related roles.
Responsibilities
- Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations for downstream processing systems.
- Design, coordinate, and document customer evaluation plans and onboarding activities.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and product performance issues with stakeholders to protect productivity.
- Share technical insights and recommendations to improve solution fit and portfolio.
