Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to support downstream processing technologies across the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region. This remote role requires partnering with customers, delivering trials, training, and technical guidance to optimize chromatography, TFF, and related systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field applications or MSAT, experience with biologics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in application support or field applications in downstream processing.
• Experience with biologics manufacturing and tech transfer environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot in customer environments and document results.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluations, translate requirements into product/workflow recommendations.
• Plan and document trials, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical insights for opportunity development and portfolio fit.
• Analyze field data to share feedback for portfolio improvements.
• Contribute to training of other Field Application Specialists and Sales.
• Train customers on new technologies and assist start-up activities.
• Support quality investigations and process troubleshooting.
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management.
