Sartorius is seeking a Field Applications Specialist-(Chrom/TFF) to support downstream processing tech adoption across the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region. This remote role requires partner with customers and internal teams, delivering application expertise, trials, and training to enable successful implementation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in downstream process development or MSAT in biologics, with a strong willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs, and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application support or field applications in downstream processing.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; exposure to cell and gene therapy is an advantage
• Strong customer-facing troubleshooting and technical consultation experience

Responsabilités

• Translate process requirements into product/workflow recommendations to accelerate adoption of downstream systems (centrifugation, columns, chromatography, TFF)
• Design, coordinate and document customer-specific evaluation plans and outcomes for trials, validation, and training
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and product performance issues with stakeholders to protect customer productivity
• Provide technical insights and solutions to strengthen technical fit of proposed solutions during opportunity development
• Capture customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support portfolio enhancements
• Support training and development of other Field Application Specialists and Sales team on assigned technologies
• Train customers on new technologies, support startup activities, and participate in internal learning opportunities
• Support Quality investigations and complaint resolution through process troubleshooting and technical analysis
• Provide monthly territory activity reports and updates to management
