Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (Chrom/TFF) to support downstream processing technologies across the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region. You will translate process needs into product recommendations, conduct trials, and train customers while collaborating with Sales, Quality, and Product teams.

The role requires hands-on demonstrations, strong communication, and travel up to 50%+. A Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years in application/technical support or field applications in downstream processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations to accelerate adoption of downstream systems.
• Design, coordinate, and document evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
