Job summary

Sartorius is hiring a remote-based Field Application Specialist to support bioprocessing customers in the San Francisco Bay area. The role involves delivering product expertise and training through customer interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years' experience in downstream bioprocessing. This position includes approximately 40% domestic travel, with focus on optimizing product performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing (TFF, UF/DF, NFF).
• Familiarity with life sciences application experiment technology.
• Proven experience in a similar position within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales organization with product presentations and application studies.
• Provide installation and start-up support for customers.
• Collaborate with Quality Department to resolve process issues.
