Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, candidate outreach, and collaboration with field leaders to meet annual hiring goals, including 40 agents per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, Wall Street Jobs, referrals, and other platforms.
• Maintain high recruiting activity: minimum 25 qualified conversations per week and 7–8 candidates weekly to Field Leader interviews.
• Conduct outreach, screening, and qualification to assess alignment with Horace Mann's agent opportunity.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and appointment.
• Meet annual hiring goals, including appointing a minimum of 40 agents per year.
