Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR/Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing of passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting metrics and goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and candidate relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build talent pipelines using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, Wall Street Jobs, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen and qualify candidates, then schedule with Field Leader recruiters for next steps.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and appointment.
• Meet annual hiring goals, including scaling to 40+ agents per year.
• Collaborate with field leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Greenhouse and other systems.
• Track metrics, report pipeline activity, and analyze sourcing effectiveness for improvements.
