Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple platforms.
• Maintain high recruiting activity and weekly candidate conversations.
• Screen and qualify candidates for agent opportunities.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate with field leaders to ensure timelines and experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems.
• Track pipeline metrics and hiring results.
