Job summary

Terradepth is seeking a Field Service Engineer to bridge customers and internal teams. This hands-on role spends substantial time with customers—supporting deployments, troubleshooting hardware and software, and gathering feedback to drive clear actions across Engineering, Product, Project Management, Operations, and Sales.

You will participate in customer calls, assist with field activities, and help establish repeatable processes for capturing feedback.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in field engineering, systems engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience with government/federal contracts andDoD work is a plus.
• Experience in early-stage, fast-moving startups across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Terradepth and customers.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and field operations.
• Capture customer requirements and translate into internal actions.
• Maintain relationships across sales, engineering, and product teams.
• Provide feedback on usability, documentation, and workflows.
• Help establish repeatable processes for capturing feedback.
