Job summary

Terso is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our remote-first US team. This full-time role involves on-site and remote support for customer installations, site qualifications, training, calibrations, repairs, and maintenance services across the United States.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field service experience in a customer service or technical service position.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and entry to hospital and lab facilities.
• Must be able to communicate technical terms in non-technical formats.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel and execute field services at customer and end user locations.
• Manage kit inventory and prepare tools and information for visits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and gather customer feedback.
• Escalate issues to support and stay up to date with product releases and firmware updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
