Job summary

Guided Solutions seeks a dedicated field service engineer for remote work with frequent travel to hospitals in the region. You will install, configure, and support safety-critical clinical equipment, ensuring high system performance and rapid issue resolution.

Based in the Seattle area, you will operate autonomously within a collaborative US engineering team, handling on-site and occasional remote troubleshooting, while maintaining strong customer communication and professional service standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a field-based technical role such as field service engineering, systems support or technical installation.
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills across IT/networked systems, hardware and software.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting technical equipment in customer environments.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and support complex clinical oncology systems at hospitals.
Act as an autonomous field engineer, bringing new systems live and resolving issues.
Perform on-site and remote technical troubleshooting and planned preventive maintenance.
Travel frequently within the region and US, up to 75%, with independent schedule management.
