Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, networking concepts, and IT hardware.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining customer records.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Varian VMS software at customer sites.
• Install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on software systems.
• Travel to customer sites up to 20% for on-site support and upgrades.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in CRM.
• Escalate issues when necessary and maintain customer relationships.
