The role combines autonomous hands‑on installation work, on‑site and remote technical troubleshooting, and planned preventive maintenance. Engineers operate with a high degree of independence while remaining closely connected to a small, collaborative national service team.

Please note the role is REMOTE (no office), must be based in the Seattle area, and requires significant travel.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a field-based technical role such as field service engineering, systems support, technical installation, or similar.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills across IT/networked systems, hardware and software
  • Practical, hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and supporting technical equipment in customer environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong personal drive, team player and problem – solver.
  • Comfort working independently on customer sites and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Physically able to perform installation activities (working at height, handling equipment, calibration tasks).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and US, including multi-day on-site assignments (travel up to 75%).
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to travel as required.
  • Work on safety‑critical clinical technology that directly supports patient treatment and safety.
  • High autonomy role: manage your own schedule, travel, and customer sites with real ownership end-to-end.
